Educational Qualification

Work Experience

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Company’s Business Plan and financial strategies aligned with the company’s overall vision and objectives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Safeguard the interest of PIAHCL on ownership and reserved matters, and authorized capital investments. guarantees, warranties, and other company KPIs.
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and treasury management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and internal controls.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
- Provide financial guidance and support to various departments.
- Develop and manage the finance team, ensuring their growth and development.
- Develop and maintain the company’s financial model, including forecasts for revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards to support decision-making and provide insights to senior management.
- Prepare annual budget and track performance against budget throughout the year.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather input and align budgetary goals with business objectives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, identifying trends and highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and Internal controls.
- Coordinate audits with external auditors and implement recommendations as needed.
- Develop cash flow projections and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand business objectives and support strategic initiatives.
- Provide financial analysis for new product launches, partnerships, and business expansion.
- Sign cheques, bank transfer orders, letters of credit etc. within a defined framework.
- Prepare financial reports for submission to third parties such as banks, government agencies etc.
