- The Government of Punjab has received a Loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for Developing a Resilient Environment And Advancing Municipal.
- The Local Government and Community Development Department (LG&CDD) of Punjab is the Executing Agency (EA) whereas Rawalpindi-WASA & Bahawalpur-WMC are the Implementation Agencies (IA).
- The Program Coordination Unit (PCU) on behalf of LG&CDD will provide guidance and oversight to the overall implementation and performance of the project.
- The PCU-DREAMS is looking forward to hiring an Individual Consultant (External Monitoring Social Safeguard Expert) for effective and efficient implementation of the DREAMS Project.
- Therefore PCU, DREAMS-1 hereby invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from experts having relevant qualifications and extensive experience in the related field.
- The above-said Consultant will be recruited using “ADB’s Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by ADB and its Borrowers (2013, as amended from time to time).
- The EOI must be submitted online via ADB’s Consultant Management System (CMS).
- The EOI must be submitted through an online template of CMS no, later than 24 August 2024 Access to the online Request for Expression of Interest and terms of reference (TORs) may be reached through the link to Consultant Services Recruitment Notices (CSRN) available at https://www.adb.org/projects/tenders/group/consulting.
- An Individual wishing to submit an EOI must be registered with the CMS, accessible at http://cms.adb.org
- Any Individual encountering technical problems in accessing CMS should request assistance by sending an email.
