Required Qualification:
1. Junior Contract Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering registered with PEC
2. Junior Procurement Engineer (Civil)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering registered with PEC

Experience Required:
1. Junior Contract Engineer
- 3+ years of experience in hydropower projects, including 2 years of relevant contract management/ administration expertise, with a strong background in FIDIC Red/Pink Book
2. Junior Procurement Engineer (Civil)
- 3+ years of construction experience, including 2 years in procurement, with expertise in multilateral development banks (MDB) guidelines and familiarity with PPRA and PEC rules
3. Junior Site Engineer (Intake Power Tunnels)
- 3+ years of construction experience in tunnelling preferably hydropower projects, with managing site operations, and supervising construction works concerning professional skills.
Required Skills:
1. Junior Contract Engineer
- Contract claims management, variations management, management of Contractor’s Interim Payment Applications (IPA’s), preparation of Price Adjustments, value engineering, commercial proposals and related financial management.
2. Junior Procurement Engineer (Civil)
- Expertise in developing Bidding Documents, Qualification Criteria, Bid Evaluation, Prequalification, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in compliance with MDB guidelines. Participation in Pre-Bid Meetings and Bid Opening proceedings and Contract Discussion Agreements independently.
3. Junior Site Engineer (Intake Power Tunnels)
- Good knowledge of construction methods, operations, materials, and equipment evolved in underground construction. Good communication, reporting, interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to manage his subordinates/site staff.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and standards. Experience in risk assessment, mitigation, and management.
Note:
- Excellent English communication skills and Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience working on Hydropower Projects is desirable.
- Recruitment will be made purely on merit after careful assessments of qualification, experience, and written test/interview, subject to fulfilment of the above criteria.
