Terms and Conditions:
- Global Ranking of the TA in any of the globally recognized league tables during the last 05 years.
- Proof of registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments (active taxpayer status).
- Detail of at least two (2) real estate transaction advisory projects of over PKR 5 Billion executed by the TA during the last Ten (10) years.
- Undertaking that TA or any associated member has not been blacklisted by any Government department and/or Public Sector Organization and
- Audit reports of the last three years.
- EOI documents are available on the PPRA E-PADS portal and can be downloaded from CDA’s website https://www.cda.gov.pk free of cost.
- Transaction Advisor/firm or consortium of firms also registered with PPRA on E-PADS as TA Consultants are eligible to purchase & submit the EOI documents.
- The selection will be made by the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method.
- EOI should be accompanied by Bid Security / Earnest Money Rs. 01.00 Million (refundable) in the form of Pay order/CDRs in favour of DDO-Procurement & Contract, CDA.
- The prospective bidders shall upload a scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and the original will be submitted to the office of Director P&C-I, CDA, along with the EOI.
- The prospective Transaction Advisor/firm or consortium of firms is also required to submit their EOI online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk before the opening date.
- The Authority reserves the right to reject all the applications as per PPRA Rules 2004.
