- Expertise, with a strong background in FIDIC Red/ Pink Book.
- Skills and expertise in dealing with issues.
- Concerning commercial Disputes, Dispute Board Proceedings, commercial Arbitrations, contract claims management, variations management, management of Contractor’s Interim Payment Applications (IPA’s), preparation of Price Adjustments, value engineering, commercial proposals, and related financial management Contract claims management, variations management, management of Contractor’s Interim Payment Applications (IPA’s), preparation of Price Adjustments, value engineering, commercial proposals and related financial management.
- Excellent English communication skills and Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience working on Hydropower Projects is desirable.
