Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for defining the commercial path to the growth and profitability of the company & develop long & short-term strategies and policies for market development and penetration of energy products.
- Ensure achievement of all sales targets.
- Manage and maintain effective performance through setting up clear-cut KPIs.
- Work laterally with Chiefs to develop a strategic product roadmap to maintain existing revenue streams and develop new ones.
- Ensure intelligent expansion of sales and distribution channels in new and existing markets in a transparent manner and identify opportunities with a focus on B2B and B2C roles.
- Monitor the performance of all business units, manage and set the KPIs for individual business heads drilling it down to the lowest level in the team.
- Develop strategy and implement initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction at every stage of the customer journey.
- Build a commercial team driven by performance and clear-cut goals. Develop the team and oversee the management, career progression and trajectory.
- Drive new business revenue and manage existing business through developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Build strong relationships with new, potentially large customers to win new business.
- Ensure efficient delivery of commercial operations, business development, leasing & sponsorship activities to identify new commercial opportunities to improve customer and stakeholder retention.
- Maintain and grow key vendor partner relationships and develop relationships with new vendor partners.
