Qualification and Experience for Chief Operating Officer jobs:
- Master’s degree/6 years of education preferably in Civil Engineering from an HEC recognized Institution.
- An ideal candidate would have a combination of Engineering and business/finance degrees.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including 3-5 years corporate experience in senior management/leadership positions, preferably relating to infrastructure development. Must have Financial Planning, Budgeting and Management experience.
- Extensive experience in the management & execution of large civil engineering projects.
- Knowledge of Government Regulations, Planning Land Use, and Industrial/Community Development would be an asset.
