Shortlisting Mandatory Criteria:
- Experience in Executive Recruitment: The firm must have successfully placed at least three
- Chief Executive Officers/ Managing Directors, and at least three to five (3 to 5) Chief Financial Officers within leading Public Sector Companies/Large Corporate Entities/Multinationals/NGOS over the past five (5) years.
- Additionally, the firm should have a minimum of four 4 recruiters with relevant experience in these roles.
- Registration with all applicable tax authorities including NTN, GST, SST, Professional Tax
- Declaration of non-involvements in litigation/arbitration (certificate to this effect on Rs 100/- nonjudicial stamp paper to be provided).
Hard Copy of Supporting documents are mandatory:
- Short-listed Head-Hunting Firms will be allowed to submit detailed RFP.
- The method of Procurement will be Quality and Cost Based Selection of Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulation 2010″.
